Do you accept returns?

We do not allow monetary returns but allow the exchange of items. This must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. For more information, click here.

Will picking up at the office eliminate shipping fees?

Yes. Picking up your order at our main office will eliminate shipping fees.

How long will it take to receive my shipped item?

Items will be received between 3-5 business days.

How can I track my package?

All items come from USPS service. Once the order is placed, please email merchandise@aoreed.com to receive a tracking number for your package.
